I just found out about this site from our neighbor here at 10 Hanover. It's funny how people move in to a building that is heavily under construction and then complain about the construction (well, duh!).

I am glad the construction is over also but we knew what to expect. My God people-did you read that book they made you sign'''!!!

In the future, when you see an outside construction elevator and people wearing hard hats you may want to think that maybe there is CONSTRUCTION going on in the building!

I really am not writing here to knock people but to talk about 10 Hanover and what a good building it is. I'm 34 so I guess that doesn't make me a "college-minded" resident but I'm young and happy.

By the way, my neighbor is in her 60's, really cool i might add, and doesn't own a dog. The guy on the other side of my apartment is in his late 40's and also very nice.

My wife and I just came back from the lounge and aside from news about the war on one of the tv's, it was all positive. I'm almost angry about some of the messages on here. I hope that the negativity leaves when the leases begin to expire.

Again, really not interested in knocking anyone, it's a great building-cheaper than other desirable 'hoods in Manhattan and you get much more. Could use another grocery store but this internet food shopping is addictive! Cheers.
