I am surprised by many of the nagative commenters on this board. How very sneaky to make these comments and then hide behind an anonymous name. I am 28 years old and while I sometimes can hear the neighbors blasting their music I can always be the grownup that I am and knock on the door and ask them to lower it. And they do.

Regardless I love this building, its staff and most of all the location. I am able to get on 6 different trains within a 5 block radius. My apartment is good and when something breaks down they fix it within the day. I will definitely be renewing although I haven't gotten a package yet.
