Bad Management, shoddy construction From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Moved into this building last October. They promised to have the tenant lounge ready by December, it was done in June. The quality of the construction is very shoddy, no insulation in walls, etc. The building management leaves a lot to be desired and I have had days when the water just stopped working! And with a 200 rent hike, this building is definitely not worth the money they are charging!
