The Best I've Seen in the 'Hood From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I wouldn't call it a "rent hike" but our rent was raised too and we're not unhappy but decided to look around. This building is so much better than anything else that's out there. The roofdeck is not that good as others have stated but the gym is the best and so is the lounge. The staff is wonderful and we've renewed our lease for 2 years so our rent isn't raised next year.
