When I first moved in I definitely never thoughtI would be saying that. The building was a mess, there were construction guys everywhere and the staff were always too busy. I started looking at other buildings in this area and found one to be worse than the next. 100 Maiden, The Crest, they all had the same problems underconstruction but none seemed to have gotten better.
That said, I decided to stay and stick it out here and I can honestly say now that I am extremely happy here. Yes, there are some noise complaints that I have, but we live in NYC. Theres noise. Either way, I have renewed my lease and am extremely happy with this building.
