Door Staff is very friendly, as are the porters and cleaning crew. But that is where it all stops! The worst construction job I have ever seen in my life. The walls are so paper thin that I hear the woman across the hall going to the bathroom, and I'm not talking about flushing toilets either.

If the guy 3 doors down is cooking, I know what he is have for dinner. Everyone complains about hearing the others on the floor having sex all night long. If your into listening in you came to the right place, but if your partner is a loud one in bed, no privacy here folks!

We have intercoms that do not work or are just missing from the walls all together, and God forbid if we were able to use them to call the front desk, the so called valet service or the management office.

If you are no fan of pets, stay away! People go out all night long leaving their barking dogs home alone until the wee hours of the morning ( then the person comes home with all of their roommate to make even more noise than the dogs could ever make! Enough said, you get the point, If you are dumb enough to move in, you deserve what's in store for you.

Rather, if you're dumb enough to believe this review and take it seriously, you deserve what's in store for you. Last I checked, you live in NYC. Last I checked, they called it the city that never sleeps--and that's NOT because their neighbors are keeping them up at night. In terms of construction, noise, smells, what did you expect? It's normal. I haven't been disturbed at all by any of what the reviewer mentions and certainly do not view the building as the bordello described above. The building is great. I'm proud of where I live, my intercom works perfectly and you know what? I can carry my own things when the valet is busy. Christ help me.
