Look - some will love it, some will hate it.
Whenever someone doesn't like a response from management, all of a sudden "management sucks!" - if they got what they wanted, "great management".
I love the comments about construction, when did you learn about construction, when your daddy helped you change a lightbulb or put together your Ikea cabinet in your dorm room'
Again, some will like it, some won't, you will never have 100% of tenants agree, that is what I learned in my dorm room!

I agree. You never know if customer service is good until it's tested. When I have issues, I go to management, they take care of me. The consensus is generally the same in our building as well.
