From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   My fiancee and I moved in about a month ago and have loved every minute of it. There were problems with the apartment when we first moved in but they were quickly fixed with a smile. The doormen are great, courteous and very helpful with any requests. The gym is fantastic and cheaper than most I've been to in the city. A lot of the complaints people have posted - noise, frat house, dogs, etc you will have in any apartment building in NYC. The only drawback to the location is a lack of good grocery stores in the area but Fresh Direct delivers to the building which is great. All and all a great experience so far.
