Management lacked professionalism and displayed little experience in the world or renting/running an apartment building. Anyone who claims otherwise is either on this site as management themselves or has not tried to close out their lease. The apartments are clean and modern with the bathrooms and kitchen as highlights. The construction issues are minor and still ongoing. The "roof deck" leaves much to be desired and unless you are in college or don't own a television the idea of a tenant lounge is pretty much a joke. The gym is a wonderful selling point. Neighbors can certainly be heard through the walls as well as workmen in the hallways on walky talky. Bottom line is that this would be a great building if they considered a new/educated group of managers.

Could you please elaborate on what the problem was closing out your lease? Do you mean initially finalizing it before moving in or moving out after your lease was up? If it's the latter I'd like to know what I'm in for.

what do you mean by "close out leases"? if you are trying to break your lease then obviously it is going to be a difficult process. that is why leases are written to begin with. i think management is great and find that there is one person in particular that is more helpful than the others. this is not to say that the other people i have dealt with are not helpful but if you just ask for assistance they will be there. it's easy to slam people when you are "anonymous".
