Every negative review below, it seems, has been written by a tenant who is pissed because they did not get their way. This building is always sold out and everyone I know loves it. I have lived here since it opened at the people who live and work here are great. The management complaints people have are for such b.s. reasons (IE: One tenant below is angry because it wasn't easy for them to break their lease. Of course it won't be easy to break your lease! A lease is a contract and not just a piece of paper!).

This building is amazing. Unfortunately, this website has become a place for unsatisfied people to complain about not getting their way.
