Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
General mismanagement, inadequate services, poorly educated staff and financial disarray do not represent someone simply "not getting their way." Keep copies of all of your rent checks and utilities (the providing electric company once slid flyers under every apt. door indicating 10 Hanover's lack of bill paying and subsequent enormous financial debt) If you didn't know better you would add your name to the wait list too!
