We LOVE it & there are just a few "issues" From: drportz@aol.com Date posted: 1/31/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   What's GREAT: The space, the look, the design, having a w/d in our pad!, friendly consierges (except 1 space cadet), gym is awesome. What's NOT SO GREAT: We wish the building didn't turn on and off ALL a/c & heat for the building as we're up on the 17th floor and with Global Warming even in September we'd like the possibility of having nice and chilly a/c pumping which can't happen since it gets turned off throughout the entire building. We've had to invest in fans. All in all, I'd say we do love it and you should consider moving in would be our recomendation.
