I have lived here for 14 months and actually held out from moving in earlier based on the information I read on this site.

Eventually, I realized that only the complainers post on this website because the other people (over 1000 of them) are... happy. We are all happy here. I think the "complainers" are a select few who would complain about anything if given the chance.
I'm over 50 and may be a bit older than the other residents but I am more experienced in NY living as well. I can say with complete confidence that 10 Hanover's management is the best I have ever dealt with. They are honest, willing to help and act fast. The gentleman who rented me the apartment has gone above and beyond and to this day he is helpful, friendly and attentive.

The doormen and Concierge are amazing! The friendliest staff EVER.

The building is top quality as are the apartments and the gym is like nothing I have ever seen before. I cannot believe the negative information on this site obviously meant to tarnish the reputation of this wonderful building and its staff.
