i actually live in the building as a resident..i am not part of mgmt and i dont think they would waste their time writing on here..people will move in here either way..it pisses me off when people complain and say "must be management" writing the good reviews...cant these pessimistic complaining whiners realize that people that live here may actually like living here..Its a great building..the doormen are wonderful, the dry cleaning and package pick up is great..the gym is great..the maintenance guys fix everything within 24 hours..the apts are clean, nice and very new looking..yes, its winter and if you try to turn on your air you get hot air or warm air but they turn the chillers off in winter as does EVERY (or almost every) building in NYC)...in may they turn the chillers on..for anyone complaining just open your window or deal with it..the fact that these places are so air tight and we cant feel the cold will be great in the summer when its hot and it wont seem so bad inside...the places are really nice, a very young crowd lives here though..definitely recommend..the location is great too near stone street and close to subways...
