We've been living here for almost a year..and the place, like everything in life has its pros and cons.
Pros :
The Gym downstairs is fantastic and so convenient
The doormen and valet staff are extremely friendly
The place is very modern and clean with great amenities :sundeck,entertainment room, gym etc.
Quiet area
Great location - refreshing to be near the water
Cons:
The Management is extremely unprofessional..especially the girl who works at the leasing department. She is very unfriendly, unhelpful and just plain rude. When you pay a lot of money to rent a place, you expect that great service comes along with it.Whenever we have had a problem, they have been very reluctant to help etc.
Our place was dirty when we moved in.
Constant drainage problems
Can hear everything next door - the toilet flushing, people arguing etc. I woke up one morning to someone throwing up next door - not a great way to start the morning
Bathroom fuse is constantly blowing.
Other than that..we do enjoy living here..you have to take the good with the bad!

One common misconception is that anonymous posters enjoy a shield from
liability for defamation or other harm caused by their postings. This
is false. If an anonymous author posts tortuous, damaging content on
ApartmentRatings.com, the harmed party can file suit against the "John
Doe" author, subpoena their IP address from ApartmentRatings.com,
discover their identity from their ISP, and pursue a defamation
judgment against the individual.
