Don't live here! Seriously! You'll get a tour around this haunted house when you come to see it and then the staff gives you the hard sell to move in. Here is the truth about 10 Hanover Square and if you don't believe it, ask any resident when you're here. 1. Building Mgmt is horrible (w the exception of----------------, a gentleman named -------). The GM of the building is a dirtbag named ----- ------. -- going on 10. He does nothing but----------------- all day long in his office. Nothing gets done when he is around. He made a minute impact by painting all the apt doors in the building while sending out a letter prior to alert residents of this" keep the building looking spiffy". He hasn't replaced the carpets in the hallways that have dog poo and piss stains, the monitor in the mail room is never working (nobody knows when they have a pkg), many of the doormen are either asleep on the job or don't speak english, the plumbing is horrendous, there are never any luggage or laundry carts available, his building supt is either drunk or on break all the time, cig butts in the landscaping 24/7. The list goes on and on. When you pay nearly 4K a month in rent you deserve more. I'm sure housing projects are run better than this! Also many of the staff members are ex cons who are either on parole or probation and drug use and dealing is known by both staff and residents alike. I guess when you have people with $$$ residing in your building, it's ok to sell weed and coke to your own residents' So in closing just do yourself a favor and stay away or simply ask a resident what they think' If you currently live here complain to the fullest to get ----- out like we all did to get ------- out of here.

One common misconception is that anonymous posters enjoy a shield from
liability for defamation or other harm caused by their postings. This
is false. If an anonymous author posts tortuous, damaging content on
ApartmentRatings.com, the harmed party can file suit against the "John
Doe" author, subpoena their IP address from ApartmentRatings.com,
discover their identity from their ISP, and pursue a defamation
judgment against the individual.
