I usually don't write on these, but my fiance directed me to this site--I'm not sure where the resentment comes from, but this place is drop-dead gorgeous, starting with the location and the outside of the building; the huge 5-star hotel-like lobby; sincere and helpful staff; beautiful two-story lounge with plasma tv's; largest private resident gym in the city; online management of service complaints with timely responses; starbucks in the building; in-house maid, drycleaaning, valet service; granite kitchens, brand-new feeling and looking apts; I've had all my family look at the web site,www.10hanover.com, and they all are impressed--the place can't be that bad, it was goldman sachs world headquarters until two years ago.
