The building looks wonderful for the outside but once inside things take a turn for the worst. The apartments are not sound proof and ALL noise and sounds will fill your apartment through the vents. All noise from the other apartments on the floor, as well as common area noise can be heard.

If you are not a smoker, stay away! If the apartment next to you is a smoker, so are you. The smoke enters through the vents.

The building management also leaves something to be desired. All though the former doorman turn operations manager is a wonderful person and a great communicator, the rest of the management is dreadful.

Please investigate the property and ask a lot of questions... you will hate yourself if you do not.

One common misconception is that anonymous posters enjoy a shield from liability for defamation or other harm caused by their postings. This is false. If an anonymous author posts tortuous, damaging content on ApartmentRatings.com, the harmed party can file suit against the "John Doe" author, subpoena their IP address from ApartmentRatings.com, discover their identity from their ISP, and pursue a defamation judgment against the individual. I agree with the anonymous user. I have lived in this apartment since it first opened. Didn't have any issues for the first two years here, however, in the past 6 months, I smell smoke and weed in the apartment EVERY single night. It is ridiculous - avoid this building at all costs.
