I'll be honest. The building is very young and immature. Just before I left, some young guy, maybe 21 and in school was asleep on the table in the mail room. He had thought the mailroom was his place and that the table was his bed' The building mgmt sucks and there is a guy who runs the building named---------- ------------. -----, while pleasant in appearance and a fabulous dresser, could not run a coat room, let alone a building like this. All calls for XYZ fall on deaf ears. Some of the doormen make jokes at you when you come in and out that to them find funny, but to me, I find creepy. If you do not smoke you will hate the place. The ventilation system stinks and you can smell weed and cigarettes all day long. The building mr fix it, is an Irish drunk. Nice guy, but always tanked on and off the job. Do ask questions when you get there. Most everyone will tell you what is said here. Only pluses are nice gym and a cool mailman, otherwise STEER CLEAR

One common misconception is that anonymous posters enjoy a shield from
liability for defamation or other harm caused by their postings. This
is false. If an anonymous author posts tortuous, damaging content on
ApartmentRatings.com, the harmed party can file suit against the "John
Doe" author, subpoena their IP address from ApartmentRatings.com,
discover their identity from their ISP, and pursue a defamation
judgment against the individual.

I agree with the anonymous user. I have lived in this apartment since it first opened. Didn't have any issues for the first two years here, however, in the past 6 months, I smell smoke and weed in the apartment EVERY single night. It is ridiculous - avoid this building at all costs.
