We've been living here for over a year on an upper floor. What we love: apt layout and amount of closet space. The building staff has been professional and friendly, the common areas are always clean and the location is great for us. What we hate: management staff is lacking and not really accommodating, occasionally we hear our neighbors through the walls and vents, plumbing always gets backed up, valet can't seem to get a grip on their system and the ventilation leaves much to be desired especially on hot days. As much as we love the apt. itself and the location, we would probably move out once the lease is up because of management and the inadequate ventilation.

OMG! You're just so brilliant - you got me. ha ha ha. I like to revise my review and add that the downside to living in this building is people like this who can't believe others have different opinions from them. I probably don't live on your floor and have you as a neighbor therefore, I like living here. If you hate it so much - move!
