If you don't mind walls that are so thin you can clearly hear you neighbors conversations, dogs everywhere that bark constantly, dog piss in elevators & hallways & around the entrance, incompetent & rude management, d-bag neighbors....then this is the place for you.
On the positive side, they actually do have a nice gym.
This place is a nightmare and they're having major problems dealing with the recent competition from Yoo by Starck, Crest apartments, and ample other better managed residences.

Hi. I know you think this sounds crazy but are you willing to sublet your apartment? The building is currently rented out and my boyfriend lives there so that is where I want to be.

Totally agree, you can hear your neighbors talking, TV, Music, you can smell people drug, smoke, The most terrible thing is the management. They are very rude.
