This is a sick building - there are several construction failures in the building that make some of the apartments having leaks. I had mold starting to grow in my apartment from the leak after a storm - I informed the management about it, and they ignored it. I hired mold inspection company that confirmed toxic mold presence and advising me to limit my exposure to the apartment. I had to get out of the place, I've never gotten my security deposit back, 10 Hanover even sued me for non-payment (for the months I have not lived in the apartment) - and this was of course dismissed by court - breach of warranty of habitability.

I can see the issue with Mold. The HVAC systems in the building suck, poor drainage, no fresh air flow. There is always a musty odor coming out of them, especially in the summer.
