I'm wondering if anyone has broken their lease with the building' If so, what actions (if any) did management take against you'

They are very terrible, they don't allow you to sublease, and they don't want you to break lease, then what's the solution if you need to move out? The only way is keep paying your rent until the lease end.

I was able to sublet and end my lease 1 month early. They charged and ridiculous $250 "sublet fee" and are now trying to charge half's a month rent in trumped up damages.
