Warning to any potential renters: the walls here are RIDICULOUSLY thin. Thinner than any other NY apartment building I have experienced (via personal experience, friends, etc.). Pray that you have decent neighbors. You can literally hear what the people next door to you are conversing about- so just imagine some playing music or watching their tv somewhat loudly.
Also, management office is not that accommodating, messy with their bookwork and on the shady side. Though the building is esthetically amazing, and the apartments themselves are beautifully done, given the money you pay- there should be better service.

I agree with you completely. I hear my neighbor having sex all the time, he has prostitutes over frequently and it's disturbing. I put my headphones on and turn up the music so I don't have to hear it.
