I've lived in this building since it opened almost 4 years ago and here's a summary for everyone out there.
Pros:
- Doormen are friendly
- Gym - Probably the best around here
- Trash room is cleared out on a regular basis
- Hallway is vacuumed consistently
- Lounge is nice
Cons:
- Bad ventilation system: If someone in another room smokes, it's like he was smoking right next to you.
- Walls are thin and yes, you can hear your neighbor sneeze
- A little loud on weekends - building seems to have younger crowd
- No thermostat control
- Valet is so-so - they lose clothing and misplace packages

I agree. I have lived in this building since it opened as well and I am FINALLY moving out as well. POints #1, #2, #5 are especially true.
