I hope nobody actually uses this site to make a decision about where to live. Have lived here for three years and never had any problems. Just signed up for two more years and they gave me a great deal. Why' I asked. The guy who runs the place is reasonable though he was pretty firm when it came to the rent. I never had a problem with him. The garbage on this blog is offensive and a real joke. The building deserves a visit to understand how nice it is. The people who live here overall are very nice and classy. There are some really good looking people to. Theres probably a better mix of older/younger than the rest of the are since this place does not have a college feel to it.

If anything, there are a lot of young people here but they don't bother me or any of my friends who live here. If I was pissed about a neighbor or because I don't like my roommate I would talk crap on this blog to. If management didn't bend over because I told them so they would get it here also. What a joke. If you believe the stuff you read here go to one of those garbage buildings near Fulton St.
