Was going to rent a place with this management company 6 weeks before lease start! Within 24 hours decides against it based on the reviews on this website. We also dealt with Linda Berley who I agree is a wicked wench! She was completely and utterly unprofessional, uncourteous and just plain rude and hung up the phone on me all because I decided not to rent out her place! This after I paid the $130 credit fee. She did not lose anything and will most likely rent the place out to the next poor chap. I can't imagine this woman being my landlord - that would be one hellatious year! Glad I backed out so soon.

I must say, I had nothing but a pleasant and professional experience renting an apartment from Linda Berley of Abington Properties. The turn around time from application to signing lease was unbelievable. The management team has been extremely helpful as well. I've recommended several colleagues to rent apartments from Abington Properties and Linda Berley and have heard nothing, but rave reviews. I would definitely recommend dealing with this company...you won't be disappointed!
