Terrific Place to Live - This building does not have normal rentals. It is a building that you must go through the sales office or an owner. It truly is a GREAT location. Very close to the F train and you are in NYC in 10 minutes. The tram is terrific. The views are great. THe apt is newly renovated. The staff at the front desk is spectacular. Check it out. I moved in in the Spring 0f 1995 at $950.00 and when I vacated in late Spring 2005 my final rent was close to hi $1300.00s. A Good Place & Mgmt When I lived There - I lived at 301 West 22nd a while ago but know Zev Feldstein who owns and operates a few properties in the area. I liked my 2BR apt on the 2nd floor and the super was knowledgable and able to fix things or outside help was immediately called for repair if required.
