I have lived at 100 Jane Street for 4 years. It is a great location in the west village, and it is close to the Hudson River Park. THe building is new, so everythng is clean. THe staff help to keep the building clean as well. In most cases they fix things very quickly. My only complaint is that our front door buzzer has been broken for a while and they haven't fixed it, but that isn't terrible. I never hear my neighbors from my apartment which is rare in NYC. THe walls must be well insulated.
