Rockrose is the WORST!!! Everytime I have a problem and call the office I get the runaround, and am made to feel that everything is my fault. Their answer to everything is to "check your lease" which is no help.
They lost a rent payment, and charged me a $50 late fee, even though it was their fault.
My bedroom A/C did not work for the whole summer, and they would try and fix it, make a mess, and it would still not work.
One doorman is so rude to me and my friends that I wrote a letter. Then he became even worse because I guess management told him what I said. I can't wait to move out in 3 months when my lease is over.
I will NEVER live in a Rockrose building ever again.
