I lived at 100 Jane for 2 years and it was just an AWESOME experience - Rockrose did a great job in building management, but Eddie, Carlos, and...darn, can't remember the other guy's name, but they kept the building spotless, delivered packages inside your door, and just helped whenever possible. The building is clean, best location ever, quiet street, close to everything and the apartment itself is immaculate - they take all appliances out of the apartment in between tenants and clean them inside and out in the basement (I've seen them do this), plus they repaint in between every tenant. I've never moved into such a clean place and couldn't recommend it more. Very pricey, but hey, it's Manhattan, let's not kid ourselves. You get what you pay for and it was worth it for a wonderful NYC experience!
