And also everyone else who wrote these messages, well at least the ones who were honest... I came to the building last week to look at apartments, but first I read all of these reviews. I decided that I would come see for myself if what I was reading was actually what was happening. I have to say that EVERY negative post about the building was 100%!!! I couldn't believe it! The building is 1/2 done at best, I can tell that the construction was rushed and done half assed, the roof deck is in the middle of like 5 buildings with NO VIEW of anything but other buildings, the gym is the size of most of the apartments in the building, the tenant lounge is small, and the prices were CRAZY for what it was. When I started to ask the leasing person questions about the building stating the negative things I heard, he was fumbling for the answers. They know exactly what is going on in there, but dance around the negatives to make it seem more positive. Not saying that there wasn't some nice things, but after reading all the negative posts and then seeing that it was actually as bad as what I was reading, the negatives FAR out weigh the positives. Thanks for being so honest with your posts everyone, I owe not signing the lease and knowing what to look for to you. I AM PASSING ON THIS PLACE, and I HIGHLY recommend to anyone else who reads these posts to do the same... This building actually convinced me to stay on the Upper East Side...
