Things to be aware of...

Most of the walls in my apt are thick, i cant hear anything in my bedroom however one wall I share with a neighbor is very thin, in fact when i moved in there was a small space where it met the wall and i could see light coming from his apt. Luckily my neighbor is a really nice guy and he does not play music late.

Workmanship on everything is shoddy, i would say typical of a rush job. Leaking sinks, paint job is horrible (if your looking at an apt look at the windows and hardware in bathroom for paint spots) but if you talk to management they will fix stuff for you usually in a week or less. Emergencies like ac/heat are same day (in my experience)

Biggest noise concern is that they are tearing down the building acrross the street and building a hotel. If your apt faces this building as mine does...once construction starts you are pretty much screwed. The windows are really good and block out almost all street noise but they will be no match for the wrecking ball.

This is a temp apt for me, 2 years max and yes the rents are high. Building staff so far is really nice.

Well put. I have to say. Most people would agree with most of what you said, but fixing these little problems, which every single apartment has over sprayed paint, something not working right, cheaply installed/rush installed everything doesn't get fixed fast. Been here for quite some time, and I am still waiting for them to fix my window that doesn't open 10 work orders later. This place is the worest value for your money because you get nothing of what was promised! I would rather live in a 5 story walk up because I least I know what I am getting there. Stay away from this place if you haven't been lied to and signed a a lease already.
