I will be the first to admit that the building started off with some issues... but some time has passed and things are great now.

Honestly, the fact that i got free rent made it better. I would be more upset otherwise. For people who are looking for an apartment, i think the situation is great for those people. Those who moved in earlier had to deal with some delays but things are totally up and running now.

The grounds are nice, atrium is very cool. Staff is great and all maintenance requests are fulfilled very fast.

The valet at the building works fast and is quite professional. Laundry and housekeeping are both good, drycleaning too. Management has been helpful in getting me the things i need. Overall, i totally recommend.
