This is a really nice building. The staff is very helpful in the leasing process and the building staff is great. The gym equipment is very high end and always working.
Apartments are really nice, everything is new so thats great too.
All in all, im happy to be here!

HA!!!!! LIESSSSS. The equipment is always working ay? Management management management... you honestly must think people are retarded. There are no attachments for the cable machine to work out on, the 2 TV's you have in there aren't working, the water fountain isn't working, and there's a handful of dumbells. THIS PLACE IS A JOKEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! If you guys spent 1/2 the time you do on this site lying so the building doesn't look so ------- horrible on actually improving the building, maybe REAL posts would be on here praising you guys instead of telling the truth. Go ---- yourself 100 Maiden Lane you thieving bastards.
