People are wayyy to critical about this building. Come and see it for yourself, if these problems were real they would have been noticed the 5 times someone comes in to see apt/sign lease/measure...etc..

are you serious, when i look at an apartment, there is no way for me to know during the 5 or 10 minutes that i'm there if the walls are made of cardboard when you try to hang something, if the doormen are unhelpful with buzzing people up, if there are bugs, if the rooof and gym won't be ready when they said it would, or if smells would come through the vents at different times, etc, etc

Umm, how would somebody know that an apartment's walls are made out of cardboard until they try to hang something? That clearly takes place after one moves in, no? Are you fine with getting bug bites everynight? Do you enjoy that your apartment smells like 16 different ethnic cuisines in the evening? Are you okay with not being alerted when somebody is there to see you? And lastly, are you okay with being lied to and then ignored by the people you are overpaying in rent? I'm not.
