Im not sure where some other people in this building lived before. Ive lived in New York for the past 15 years, and to me this is certainly luxury. Im not criticizing others for being "picky", but i dont know exactly what they are complaining about.
This is a luxury "rental" building, not a condo. Marble baths, granite kitchens and stainless steel appliances are great FOR ME. im sure someone will jump on me and call me crazy for being happy, so i apologize in advance for those that i offend. the elevators not working on automatic for a few days was not easy. totally agree. but they were manned and actually, i never had to wait much.
Perhaps my experience is unique, but im not sure what luxury is if this isnt it. my apartment was delivered to me in great condition--everything new & clean.
Gym is on the small side, but all equipment is new and i think high end. for me, this is a great building, good features.also, i agre with a previous comment, if things were so bad then they would have been visible to you when you came in to view apartments, sign your lease and so on. They really are not nearly as bad as people are describing. if thery were, then the building would not be so full.

you are an idiot! who actually goes online and looks to give a good review about a building?! I cant believe that you have lived in the city for 15 years because there is not one person over the age of 31 here. When I saw my apartment at first it was only 75% done.n If you moved in later than May then maybe yours was ok. The rest of us had to view a construction site at lease signing. If you think this is luxury then you have lived sh$t before this. LOOK AROUND! this is white glove? where? NOTHING is ready or delivered. Management are all a-holes. If you like waisting your money then pay my rent too, cuz I dont think my dime is worth it. |
