YOU PEOPLE ARE OVERLY CRITICAL. how do you keep relationships you must dump someone after you find one hair out of place. I signed this lease wellll aware that therewas construction on several floors. You should look up what construction means before you sign a lease because apparently many people do not know what it means.

I feel badly for the staff which treated and continues to treat me well. trust me, im not thrilled about delays in ammenities. but what were you planning on doing on the roofdeck in february?

anyway, i think people need to chill out. my experience has been a good one and im strangely fearful of telling people in the elevator that i love living here because they will say i was paid off to say it!!

anyway, i agree with the point someone else made-- this is a rental building.

and by the way, its not just the owner who stamps his name on the product, its the construction company. so they wouldnt building a job poorly, even if the reason alone is to continue with a good reputation.

think outside the box people...

cheers!

IT'S SAD WHEN THE STAFF HAS TO WRITE BS AND ONLY RATES IT SELF A 4 .100 MAIDEN LANE NEEDS TO BE KNOCKED DOWN AND THEN SET ON FIRE.

Yeah! Cheers you freaking ------!!! Normally, I wouldn't get mad at someone who genuinely likes something that I hate. Difference in opinion is great, and what makes our country an amazing place to live. But a couple of things your monkey a$$ has said is too much for me to read without making a comment back... Overly Critical you say???? OVERLY CRITICAL!?!?!?!? F*CK YOU! At $2,500 a month (for a studio with no view mind you), damn ------- skippy I'm critical! You might be able to overlook many of the things normal working people are upset they are paying high rents for and not receiving because if mommy and daddy were paying my rent, I might not mind so much either. Everyone has this same stupid response of "why didn't you notice this before you signed the lease?" What kind of -------- questions is that? "I had my eyes closed the whole time". There's your response. READ!!!! READ THE POSTS!!!! The building is under construction! Things were not finished. We were PROMISED and TOLD how things would be finished. If my crystal ball was working that day and not in the shop for repairs, I might have been able to tell I was being lied too. However, I had to trust that nifty little brochure and the word of the leasing agent who showed me the place, which turned out to be ALL LIES. Nothing is what it was promised to be, or how quickly it would be done. NOTHING.

"and by the way, its not just the owner who stamps his name on the product, its the construction company. so they wouldnâ??t building a job poorly, even if the reason alone is to continue with a good reputation. think outside the box people..." I had to read that twice and I have decided 3 things... 1, I need a nap after that statement. WTF are you talking about?!?!? What does that even mean???? No wonder you like this place, you're 5 beers short of a 6 pack you helmet wearing window licking moe-moe. 2, I have decided for the good of the world, you shouldn't be allowed to reproduce. EVER. And 3, I would rather live outside in a box, then â??think outside the boxâ?? like you have recommended. Whatâ??s there to think about? This place blows, I hate it, itâ??s all lies, and I hate you. Be afraid of saying you love it here in the elevators and hallways, because if I hear you say it I'll drop kick you in the neck. We'll see how much you like it when renewal leases come back around next year... Cheerio you tool!
