15 minute wait for an elevator this morning because construction crews lock them up to use them to get to the areas of the building that need to be finsihed. The elevator that has a nice sign in front that says "for tenants and guests of 100 Maiden Lane only" is still either locked up by the construction people, or how I found it last night and many times before, filled with carts of GARBAGE! GARBAGE!!!!!!! In the only nice new elevator we have that is for the tenants only! GARBAGEEEEEEE!!!!! Management needs to get a clue. Stop posting these bogus positive posts about the building and spend that same time improving the building. Then we'll write the positive posts for you!!!
