Holy ---- I lucked out...I was all set to move into Maiden Lane in May, being told that everything would be done by our move-in date [May 1st]...the application fell through and I was so pissed. I eventually moved to 100 John and love it here....out of curiosity I went to this site and checked out what people were saying about Maiden...it seems like I dodged a bullet. I would have been so pissed - I was told the same things you were told, and now find out that they are not true...luckily I don.t live there, but still it kind of pisses me off. Good luck over there guys, you have my full sympathy and support.
