I signed a lease before discovering these reviews, but haven't moved in yet. I honestly don't really care about the gym or the quality of furniture in the lobby, and the apartments and hallways all seemed in good order when I signed. Here's my question: A lot of you are complaining about the nuilding, but what about your actual apartments' The complaints I've seen were from someone who said his AC smelled bad and he had bugs. Another said she could smell other people's cooking--was that in the halls or your apartment. And does everyone have these same problems'

We all have these problems! A building is like taking a mate. You also marry the family.
Even if your wife is nice and clean and cooks for you, if her mother is annoying, her father a drunk and the brother is a perv. It will effect you.
I like my apartment, I made it into a home. I hate feeling like i got screwed. I have been lied to and treated like a child. I am 30!
The building just ignores you until they place a gym or lounge and then say look we did it for you, what can you complain about now? All you can say is that it took them 6 months of ignoring you requests and they gave you an incomplete product.
