I think the answer here is clear; if you are young, like living in a young building, and truly are not overly uptight, you will be happy. Im happy here because my apartment is nice and ive not experienced the problems that others have had. im NOT SAYING THEY DONT EXIST, so if the psychopath that keeps yelling at everyone could calmly return to their seat, itd be nice. every building in the world will have some apartments that have problems that others do not, i guess I, and some others have been really pleased and are happy to live here.

I feel as though I am happy with what this building has offered to me. I think that I am getting what I paid for. If others dont feel that way, then its really unfortunate, but everyone has different expectations i suppose.

one complaint i had was that the gym was not opened on time. its open now though, so im not going to ----- bout that for hours. all is good.

Don't knwo about you, but many tenants I talk to are VERY unhappy. Many is more then one you turd. You're entitled to your opinion like we are entitled to ours. since you have multiple personality disorder, you are right mr. lies lies lies., there are several "people" unhappy, its you and the 50 people that you make up that keep posting on this site.. honestly, the original posting "a clear response" is pretty accurate. in reality, its just you. psycho called "lies lies lies". making up bugs in their room. psycho. talking about liberty and rights. psycho. i, like probably most of the people in this building have a full time job and dont care if the door opens to the left side or the right side. you are anul retentive!!! let me save you $200 an hour on attorney fees right now, you have no law suit. unless you are bringing uncle vinny esq. in, you are wasting your money. and you are crazy for calling me and other tenants what you've called us, because we are normal people who have normal expectations for a luxury building. this is luxury, i am 28 years old and ive been to and lived in other buildings and i know what i should be expecting and what i have recieved.. and im happy. so chew on that for a while.

I'll give you something to chew on Maiden Living you freaking retard. I'll give you a whole mouthful as a matter of fact. 28 years old and still having mommy and daddy pay your bills? Grow up! Lack of services marketed, misrepresentation of roof deck on the web site, in the brochures, and right smack on the front of the building in a poster (even if there is a legal disclaimer, that doesn???t protect them!!! If your attorney said no case, maybe it's you using Uncle Vinny. Mine says he can not only get me out of my lease, but recover some money for the months I was paying. AND HE'LL TAKE IT FOR FREE FOR ALL TENANTS IF WE DO A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THE BUILDING. So now you can take my member out of your mouth and chew on that. Now here's your dessert to chew on next to totally blow up your spot... Door men are getting fired for going into apartments unwelcome, 600 Square Foot gym for 350 apartments, construction months and months behind schedule, roof deck still not opened with summer coming to a close, not to mention what the roof deck actually looks like and where it is, overpriced everything, and management that doesn't give 2 sh*ts, and the list goes on and on... And you're happy???? Who's the psycho now??? Why did you move into a "luxury" building if you didn't care about all the things that are supposed to come with the building??? Pleaseeeeee, you are as ret@ded as they come. If luxury is a fancy kitchen and bathroom, you could have gotten that anywhere you idiot. There are walk up building in Harlem with the same standards of luxury YOU have. Luxury is allllllll the other things that come with it like having the door opened for you, management taking care of issues right away, a nice gym with space to work out in, a gorgeous sun deck with views and SUN, a tenant lounge that???s finished with the stuff we're supposed to have like a TV and pool table balls, etc. I'll stop there because this can keep going on and on. So I'll tell you what maiden living, you stay and do nothing about what???s wrong if you're so happy you 28 year old genius. I might just feel like you if my mommy and daddy paid my bills....
