WHY DOES THE CAMERA NOT POINT AT THE DOOR' ANYONE COULD SNEAK RIGHT IN AND THERE WOULD BE NO VIDEO OF IT. WHAT IF THE PERSON DIDN'T GO TO THE FRONT DESK AND WALKED INTO THE STAIRCASE THAT IS OFF CAMERA'!'!'!
If u have a choice, don't move here. You'll be dealing with problem after problem. The sun deck, lounge, the carpet on the floors, the wallpaper, the roof in the atrium that leaks. I sincerely doubt the garage will be open in two weeks, huh! Same with the roof deck that was supposed to open two weeks ago. This is simply unacceptable in a "luxury" building. If you want a "luxury" building, move to one, this is not it.
Obviously a building that is being converted from an office building to an apartment building will have its problems. But it's the disregard from management, the bull that they give that really makes this place a dump. IF they would be honest, and tell the truth, and stick to it, it would be a real "luxury" building. This is the difference between 100 maiden lane and a real building.
