All I can say is I can spend hours typing all of the things that I believe is wrong with this place and repeat what 90% of the bad reviews are saying about this place. Seriously, this place is a complete disaster. Come see for yourself, I know you're going to anyway. The biggest problem is you really don't realize how bad the bad is until you are living here a bit. This is not a luxury building in any way shape or form. Just nice finishes installed poorly. For the prices they are charging, I'd definately rethink this place. Plenty of other really nice buildings in the area at the same price or less that are definately more luxury then this.
