I would just like to say that this building is more the adequate with amenities and living arrangements. True the building does have some pitfalls. I however have not had any instances with a negative tone. My only complaint would be that of the elevator situation. Sometimes the elevator will take long amounts of time to reach me, but instead of b*tching about it like some people on here, i realize that construction is going on and those cars are being manned by workers. I do understand that some people have issues with their unit. This building is being rennovated, and being an architect and working with construction crews, i know things have to be finished quickly and most always never make the projected time frame.

Being this as it may, units can sometimes come with an incomplete or hurried look. As with my case, there was only one coat of paint in the bathroom and we could see writing from the construction workers faintly. We submitted a work order and no more than three days it was remedied.

People have to understand that the building is being finished and with that some imperfections will occur. In due time, these infractions will be fixed ie the elevator, some walls, etc.

I find that not only the staff but also the maintenance is very quick and polite. This buidling does have some issues but overall i would rate this building a 7 out of 10.

I believe someone even complained earlier about the dry cleaning man' How is this possible' That man is very sincere and polite and always offers a piece of chocolate to customers. The shirts i send in always come back perfect. There was one instance where it did not and they cleaned the shirt over free of charge and it came back as good as new.

As for those who constantly bicker on this site about 100 maiden lane, i say please shut up. Your constant crying and moaning will not help the situation. Perhaps instead of crying and "warning" others you should sit down and take that silver spoon out of your mouth. I would like to call out "hardrockjj". In all honesty, you need to calm down. Why dont you get your head out of your a$$ and use it to see around. Tell me something' When you walk through metal detectors what does it pick up first' The lead in your ass or the ---- in your brains' Seriously

My toilet has stopped up about 11 times. Two people on the maintenance staff gave me the same explanation for the problem - putting toilet paper in the toilet. I didn't take the first one seriously, assuming that I misunderstood his English. However I questioned the second one thoroughly, and he said that no toilet paper at all should be put in the toilet - it must be put in the trash.
