Hello fellow renters/renters to be... I have been living at 100ml since March. I'm not sure how I feel about the apartment. I am new to NYC and I was expecting the worse. I, like many of reviewers, was expecting the deck, gym, rec.center to be completed sooner (and didn't the deck have an ocean view in the photos') But I will state the good with the bad in my review.

It is noisey, sorry I don't know who disagrees but, really - It's noisey (and living on the 4th fl I hope I'm not part of the noisey couple that was described in an earlier comment).

Yes everyone is nice that works in the building, but I had just moved in when the fire/flood hit (some of you may remember) and a lot of my things were ruined due to a building error- and Management, unhelpful.

To make a long opinion short, 100 ML,it's okay (not horrible, but not great). I could do without the bugs (good g-d I hope that is not true, haven't seen it yet) and the shotty construction work, the walls and floors are oddly uneven in my bathroom and hallway. But I guess it could be worse. Come Feb, I will be looking for a better deal. Thanks for everyones input, it's all good to know.
