Just found about this site from someone else in the building. This building is terrible. I've been here since February. I've just read all the postings from the beginning. I can't believe there are people who feel they are getting their money's worth. Have these people ever lived in a decent doorman building in manhattan before' Mabye I've just been completely lucky. I've lived in manhattan for over 10 years in four different doorman buildings. The crap going on here is nothing like i've ever experienced. The fact that the building is being converted from an office to a residential building and prospective residents were aware of this is irrelavent. It's not an excuse for most of the problems i'm experiencing. I've had people in the management office LIE TO MY FACE about a few things. Is that excusable because of pre-construction' I'm appalled at the ineptitude and combative attitude of management.
