Yeah, that just about sums up management and the owners of this "luxury" hole called 100 Maiden Lane. Not only did they lie to get people to sign leases, but then when you call about huge issues such as windows not working, people coming into your apartment and leaving the front door completely unlocked, rats and bugs, etc etc, they have the nerve to be disrespectful, rude, uncaring, and just all around not nice to the people paying the freaking rent in this dump! Management people hanging up the phone on people calling to try to get an issue resolved' What is that all about''' Purposly not answering the phone once you try to call back because they don't want to be bothered' What are we in grade school' In the real world, when people mess up at their job they get fired. In this case, when my lease is up, 100 Maiden Lane, you're fired! And don't think for one moment management that you won't be hearing from my attorney...
