Overall, the building is in a decent state, but could be better. The problem is that stuff improves way too slowly. The staff is very helpful and polite. Unfortunately, the management is unresponsive, and quite unprofessional in dealing with any issues you have. There are far better places to rent in the financial district than this.

I have been living in this building since April.
Horrible experience, dogs barking at night, elevators always have problem...
I can't wait to get out.

i fortunately managed to get out and completel agree that management is completely useless. Once I did leave they kept my security deposit for an additional 2 months - obviously to earn as much interest as possible and took out 2 months worth of electricity out of it even though I was living there at the time. I would not recommend this building to anyone - even those I hated !!!
