management sucks, but maintenance people are cool

management and the people in the leasing office are so incredibly unresponsive!!! but the maintenance guys and the front desk people are cool.. they're helpful and nice and friendly. we called management 3 times (and e-mailed twice) to have our rent adjusted for the period we lived in an unfinished apartment - i'm talking no microwave, no working ac/heat, missing countertops/cabinets/drawers/handles/doors, etc. and still, no rent adjustment. posting stuff on building link was the only way we got anything finished in our apartment. don't get me wrong, i like my apartment, but you CANNOT count on management being communicative!
